Shipping & Returns


Owlis aims to offer a quick turnaround time for orders. Processing time for most prints is usually 3-5 business days while time in transit is dependent upon the shipping option selected at time of checkout. Our packaging and shipping department processes the finished order for shipment by carefully packaging it for courier pickup.

We will email you a tracking number once your order is sent out to be shipped.  Once you receive your shipment, please open it with care. We are not liable for any items damaged during the opening of your order.

We aim to process your order within 3-5 business days of it being placed.

If you need your print framed or mounted, the production time for your order may be slightly longer than our standard 3 day lead time. Once the print is complete, it is forwarded to the appropriate department where we complete your print order by applyiing the appropriate finishing style or display options. Your order will then be sent to our packaging department where it is prepared for shipment. 

What if it takes longer?

Because quality is important to us, we inspect all packages and their contents prior to shipment. If at any point during production, your print does not meet our quality standards, the print is re-printed. This can occasionally cause a minor delay (especially if the print is being mounted or framed) however if and when a shipment delay occurs, our customer service team will reach out to you to ensure there are no surprises. Other exceptions include situations such as custom orders (special orders for printing not listed on this site), orders which have a high quantity of prints which require some sort of mounting, and orders during the Holidays.  If you think you might need to place an order and are concerned it might take longer, feel free to contact us and simply ask. We can give you an approximate estimate on the time to get your order out.


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
